Well Being and Pastoral Support
Looking after our mind is as important as looking after our bodies. Wellbeing is about looking after our 'whole' self.
There are steps that we can take to look after our wellbeing, for example exercise, connecting with family and friends and taking time to notice what is around us by relaxing and being mindful.
Sometimes we can feel happy, sad, anxious, fed up, frustrated, excited and this can be very confusing and hard to manage. We might need support in understanding our feelings and knowing how to regulate them, so that we can feel happy and ready to cope with our day.
Our provision at St Mary's includes help and support for our children and families. Below are our key members of staff, responsible for this.
