School Office opening hours

8.00am - 4.00pm (Monday - Friday Term Time)

THE SCHOOL DAY - 8.45am - 3.15pm (32 hours 55 minutes per week)

8.35am           Gates open

8.45am           School day starts

10.25am         15 minutes break for Foundation Stage & KS1

10.45am         15 Minutes break for KS2

12.00pm         Lunchtime for Foundation Stage and KS1 children

12.15pm         Lunchtime for KS2 children 

1.00pm           Start of afternoon school for Foundation Stage and KS1 children

1:15pm           Start of afternoon school for KS2 children 

3.10pm           End of school day for Foundation Stage children

3:15pm           End of school day for KS1 and KS2 children

At the end of the day, the security gate will open at 3.05pm.

PICK UP ARRANGEMENTS

At the start of the school year, parents of Reception children in Bumblebees and Sunflower Classes may accompany their children into school in the morning. 

FS and KS1

• Parents/carers of Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 children to meet their child outside the classroom.

Year 3 and 4

• Parents/carers of Year 3 and 4 children to meet their children outside their classrooms, unless they have given written permission for their child  to walk to the gate on his/her own.

Year 5 and 6

• Children in Year 5 and 6 to walk out of school on their own.  Children are told to come back into school if their adult is not at the gate at the end of the day. Written permission should be given to the teacher if the child is able to walk home independently.
