Local Clubs and Links in the Area

Local Clubs and Links in the Area

In Bridgwater, we are lucky to have many clubs for our pupils to get involved with. There are coaches, teachers and instructors locally that have specific skills that are able to inspire young people to start a hobby or even a career.

From a recent Pupil Voice survey, the pupils are not aware of all of the activities available to them in the local area. As a result, in 2023-2024, we have decided to seek out links and further opportunities for our pupils to be inspired by. Over the coming years, we will be broadening our links with local clubs so our pupils can experience a range of sports and know where to go to further their curiosities and develop their passions.

Below are a number of local opportunities for your children. If you are aware of other opportunities or would like to add more information, please contact the Office via email (office@stmarysbridgwater.co.uk) or phone (01278 422691). We have developed links with some of these clubs to provide specialist experiences for our pupils, creating gateways to physical activities outside of school time.

The following information has been found on their websites or social media so please note that the information may not be up-to-date or may show inaccuracies. We are not responsible for the content the clubs choose to put on their website.
