At St Mary’s CEVC Primary School, we use MyHappymind Plus as part of our PSHE, wellbeing and Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) curriculum. MyHappymind Plus is a whole-school approach that helps children develop their understanding of themselves, their emotions, their wellbeing and their relationships with others. Through engaging lessons, stories, characters and activities, children are supported to develop positive habits and strategies that can help them to feel happier, healthier, more confident and resilient. The programme also includes age-appropriate RSE content, supporting children to develop an understanding of healthy relationships, respect, themselves and growing up.
